Recron cancellation terms
- You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours.
- If you cancel more than three months before the start date, 15 per cent of the agreed price;
- If you cancel between three and two months before the start date, 50 per cent of the agreed price;
- if cancelled between two and one month before the start date, 75 per cent of the agreed price;
- if cancelled within one month of the start date, 90 per cent of the agreed price;
- if cancelled on the start date, 100 per cent of the agreed price.
Rebooking Guarantee
Do you want to be sure you can rebook your holiday for a different date? Then make use of our rebooking guarantee. You can rebook your reservation once to a different date (subject to availability of a place or accommodation) within 12 months of the original start date of your stay. If the price of the booking is higher after rebooking, you will need to pay the difference. If the rebooked holiday is cheaper, you will receive a voucher. Rebooking is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the booked holiday. After that, the standard cancellation terms and conditions apply. The rebooking guarantee is strictly personal and non-transferable.
